用途
HG1W 卫生级超级烘干机是我公司依据新版 GMP 要求为洁净区内洗衣房开发的烘干设备，适用生物和制药企业车间内洁净区无尘工作服、无尘抹布理想烘干设备。
产品主要技术特性如下：
1、烘干机所有风浴部件如滚筒、外筒、风道、加热部件采用优质不锈钢制造，耐温防腐性能优良，确保烘干衣物洁净度等级。
2、排风管路采用标准卫生级管件，检修方便、易于擦拭清理。
3、设备面板、装衣门等外露部件均圆滑过渡、平整、光洁、没有死角，便于清洁消毒。
4、烘干独有的电脑程序、使衣物一直处于负压下工作，确保衣物能够达到较高的洁净度等级。
5、烘干采用减速机传动，通过变频器控制，实现无极调速，使用过程中不会产生橡胶颗粒，不污染衣物。
6、设备外漏密封件采用硅橡胶、天然橡胶等化学特性比较稳定的浅色材料。
7、设备采用体外密封注油装置，操作简单、避免对洁净区污染。
8、进风口安装高效空气过滤装置，最高能够达到 B 级洁净区使用（A 级需特定货）

Application:
HG1W medical drying machine is developed for medical and microbic wokshops according to the pharmaceutical GMP standard..It’s used for washing isolation gown ,antistatic clithes, non-dust cloth.
Functions & Instructions:
1. Outer and inner drums, wind tunnels and heated parts are made of stainless steel to keep the textiles clean.
2. Wind pipe conforms to the hygienic standards and are easy to repair and clean.
3.The exposed parts are rounded off and smooth,and easy to disinfect.
4.Unique computer program keeps the textiles under pressure and ensures the degree of purity.
5. The reducer with advanced frequency converting technology keeps clean.
7. Oil injection device is designed on the outer to avoid pollution.
8. Air cleaner set in air inlet makes the machine get to degree B standard (special order for A)
